Cine LAB

Identity and communication universe for a street film festival, with a symbol that joins a spotlight and a film reel.

Cine LAB was born as a proposal for a sponsor: the creation of a street film festival designed to occupy urban space in an accessible, contemporary and visually striking way. From this concept, I developed the event’s identity and the whole communication universe of the brand.

The symbol was created by joining two elements tied to cinema: the spotlight and the traditional film reel. This more organic construction was combined with strong, direct typography, creating a balanced, recognizable identity with enough presence to work both in large formats and in smaller applications.

The identity was expanded to tickets, invitations, signage, credentials, uniforms, merchandising, social media, website, entrance structures, backdrop, screens and festival ambience. Artificial intelligence was used to develop and visualize these applications in a real event context, always under my creative direction, curation and aesthetic definition.

The project shows how an initial proposal can evolve into a complete system of brand and experience, connecting branding, design, communication and physical space in a single visual language.
