Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of gurgelhub.com.br (the "Site"), owned and operated by Gurgel Hub, a brand managed by Dani Gurgel. By accessing or using the Site, you ("user") agree to these Terms in full; if you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You may: browse the Site freely and view the Content; share page links on social networks (without altering the content and crediting the source); and contact us through the available channels for quotes or information.

You may NOT: copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially use the Content without prior written authorization; modify, adapt or create derivative works; remove copyright notices; use bots/scrapers to extract data in bulk; attempt to circumvent security features (including right-click/drag protection); use the Site for illegal purposes; or overload the servers.

All Site Content — texts, images, videos, graphics, logos, visual identities, designs, animations and code — is the exclusive property of Gurgel Hub or its clients (who authorized the display) and is protected by Brazilian copyright (Law 9.610/1998), software (Law 9.609/1998) and industrial property (Law 9.279/1996) legislation.

Identities shown in portfolio cases are projects developed for clients, governed by each client's contract; display is authorized for portfolio purposes. In-house projects (/en/in-house) have their own websites with their own terms and policies.

The Site's source code (components, animations, styles) is owned by Gurgel Hub, developed in partnership with Perifa Lab — it is not open source. HTML/CSS/JS visible via "Inspect" does not constitute permission to use; the real protection is contractual (these Terms). Right-click protection is a deterrent, not a real barrier.

"Gurgel Hub", the logo, the vector lettering and the GH monogram are Gurgel Hub trademarks — unauthorized use is prohibited.

The Site is an institutional portfolio describing the services offered (branding, AI-powered design, packaging, food & hospitality branding, executive presentations, visual identity). The Site does not sell products or services directly; hiring happens through direct contact and is governed by a separate contract, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict. Quotes provided are estimates and may vary according to the final scope.

The Site may contain links to external websites (Instagram, LinkedIn, in-house projects, Perifa Lab) — we are not responsible for their content, terms or practices. The typographic fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and are subject to each font's license.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee 100% availability and may suspend or discontinue the Site at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental damages or lost profits, nor for third-party actions (hosting, CDN, external services). You use the Site at your own risk.

Processing of data collected by the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time; the date of the latest update appears at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil (Civil Code — Law 10.406/2002; Copyright Law — 9.610/1998; CDC — 8.078/1990; LGPD — 13.709/2018; Internet Civil Framework — 12.965/2014). The courts of São Paulo, SP are chosen to settle disputes, with express waiver of any other forum. For users outside Brazil, disputes will be handled according to applicable local jurisdiction, observing international intellectual property treaties.
